Sunday

Grey and damp morning

Still rather misty looking across towards The Mount

Later on I saw this Bunny - wasn't sure if it was dead or just sleeping
Beautiful pale pink Poppy
Just to brighten up the day I went to look at the Hydrangeas at the front of the house - blue one first out
Smaller pink one
Mixture as it's changing from blue to pink

Noticed that bunny had rolled over a bit - so was just snoozing
The lovely La Recouvrance  she is a replica of an aviso, an early 19th century military vessel  used to transmit urgent messages to the coasts of Africa and the West Indies.
Closer view as she came across in front of us - sadly no wind today
Afternoon walkies and it was still a bit damp and grey

Booth dogs are very interested in what's in the long grass
Dogs were really pleased to meet Harvey & Amanda with Petal & Blossom
Think they've all been missing each other

Mad dash on the field and no sign of the bunny
Lots of Self Heal growing on the field - happily it's really short, so the mowers don't get it
Noticed the first of the smaller Agapanthus starting to open up - the larger ones are a bit behind
