Another dreary damp morning
Misty again
The mist and mizzle moved on - for a while
I went up to Marazion Surgery for my RSV jab (Respiratory Syncytial Virus) The clouds were right down on the hill tops
I then drove down into Marazion and managed to park, call in at the Pharmacy and take a few photos
Queuing for the ferry
These seemed to be waiting for the tide to drop off the Causeway - sadly dogs still not allowed to enter the Island until 1st October
Looking towards Trenow, Men-du Point and Cudden Point
Ferry Rosina
The Island Harbour
The Amphibious vehicle St Michael all ready for Winter duties
The Garden Cafe
Some very noisy Oystercatchers
Looking right across to the burned out shack - new Planning Application has appeared to re-build
Afternoon Walkies - damp and spotting with rain
Must be near the end of their season
Quick run on the field - Maisie not impressed
The day went from bad to worse - with the new fridge freezer still sitting in the hall waiting to be installed in the kitchen, a new washing machine needed as the upstairs one has stopped working and then --- we had a power cut and after some detective work I found that the dishwasher had pumped water out all over the floor - managed to isolate the switch and the rest of the upstairs is now OK So that the 3 things then! I think I may have to take to the drink!
What a rotten day.Hope tomorrow is better including the weather!
ReplyDeleteWeather still wet and windy - still awaiting the fridge/freezer installing rest arriving next Tuesday ! Hopefully things will get back to normal soon.
