Not a bad looking morning - but it was really cold in the wind

Nice patch of sunlight shining on the Church of St. Pol de Leon up at Paul

Unfortunately both Jim and I suffered a joint "Senior Moment" and drove to Falmouth for Jim's appointment at Falmouth Hospital only to find it was the wrong day! Still, we made the most of it and drove round to Swanpool.

Beach was very quiet when we arrived - it was very windy, so we walked around the coast towards Gyllingvase Beach

Spotted the very distinctive shape of one of the Aircraft Carriers - assume it was HMS Queen Elizabeth as she is close to Plymouth at the moment

Really nice walk on lovely level path so my painful knee was pleased

Niki came past with Sunny - not sure why Wooster got all excited

I mowed the lawn this afternoon as one side of it was getting very long
