Monday

Thought I was going to see a sunrise - but cloud covered it
Morning walkies

Wooster looking very fed up with all the wet feet and grey weather

Sun almost appearing

Briefly we even saw some blue sky

Early afternoon walkies - yet again to dodge yet more rain - sadly it looks like Jim has got my cold, so we coughed our way up the hill together

The rain arrived as we  reached the field

  1. Hello Sue & Jim,
Thank you for your Greetings and that lovely photo. of Church and village in the snow. Seems like you would appreciate some sunny weather! Hope you both feel a little better for Christmas Day. Happy Christmas to you both, to Nick and to
Wooster and Maisy and for good times in 2025!
I appreciate your efforts each day to keep me in touch with that beautiful part of Cornwall , which I remember so well. Your posts are the first to give me cheer each morning whether life here is good or not !

  2. Christmas Greetings Betty, We're both doing OK just taking the tablets and cough pastilles. Slightly better day today as we actually saw some sun - almost only Mount's Bay I think. Nick has now arrived - but only staying until Boxing day as he has to work. Hopefully 2025 will be a better year and we'll get a "proper" Summer.
