PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

Three helicopters came overhead - sadly we missed one! Robinson G44 Raven
This one had a very fancy paint job
Forget me nots in the bonfire area- sadly my man with a mower decided to go in there and mowed all the rest Hmm!

Down it went

  1. A pity early flowers have been mown-a valuable source of nectar for early bees. Leave some grass to grow longer, it's better for insects.

    1. In Jim's defence there were no flowers there yet just the leaves coming through along with lots of weeds - mainly Alexanders which grow large and are a real pain. There is of course acres of unmown grass all around us - we mow the field because it's nicer for the dogs to run in and that's our choice.
