Thursday

Some torrential rain overnight with hail slamming onto the windows and scaring Maisie again. This morning the roads in our part of West Cornwall were chaos with flooding and the closure of the A30 due to an accident causing vehicles onto the narrow lanes.

Just a little colour early on
Wooster off paddling again

Not looking happy - worried he might get "trench foot"
They got as far as the steps, but it was a "no go" area so they went back down to the field

Still out there - must be wondering how much longer it will be before the weather calms down

Water running onto the our field from the one above
The roads eventually cleared enough for me to go to do my Sainsbury's shopping - parking in the lake they call a car park! Sadly it rained as I came out with my Trolley and continued until 5.30pm
I know we have not suffered with the terrible flooding that has happened up Country but enough is enough! We now have another yellow weather warning for rain and a massive swell for tomorrow !
