Monday

Lots of shower clouds around this morning

Water still running down the hill after yet more overnight rain

I'm afraid my knees just couldn't face walking up the hill and clambering up the muddy steps again, so we set off in the other direction - heading into the village
Through the village and past the Church then down Boat Cove Lane. Walking straight into the gale force Westerly wind

Looks like the National Trust have planted little trees in this field on the other side of the lane

Harking back to the days when these were all flower fields
Boat Cove

Fair size waves breaking into Basore Point

Spotted "A host of Golden Daffodils" in Churchtown
Nice Camellias as well
Off she goes

Sea still splashing up onto Cudden Point
