Friday 26th June

Maisie looking happy as she carried her ducky toy along the Riverside, but unfortunately she had got tummy troubles and stopped eating. In the end we decided to come home on Thursday so that she could see the Vet. She's got anti-biotics and painkillers but still not eating - lunchtime Friday and I offered her some warm Cocktail sausages and hey presto!

Cooler and misty morning

Rather more waves as well
Penlee Lifeboat heading back to base
Buzzard hunting over the fields

Lots of Painted Lady butterflies this year
So many different types of grasses
Giant Thistle
Poor thing just grew too big and the wind knocked it over
Such a pity
Keeping watch for Swallows - pleased to report that later she ate a proper dinner of chicken/sausages and dried kibble
