Wednesday

Couldn't sleep last night so got up and sat in the lounge with a hot drink and watched this wonderful moon slowly dropping in the sky
First thing this morning we had a wonderful blue sky, but by the time Jim took Maisie out clouds had covered it

Haven't seen Tess for a while
Really was looking very gloomy

Mannin working a morning shift

Off she went
We were down in the garden room getting ready for the afternoon walkies when we heard a noisy plane engine - I suddenly remembered that a Spitfire had been doing trips out of Newquay Airport - sadly this was all we managed
The clouds had opened up and there was some nice sunshine
Still lots of clouds around

Nice clear view of Wolf Rock Lighthouse

Jim spotted this Clouded Yellow butterfly yesterday but it didn't settle - back in the same place today - sadly wings closed

Samsa dashing around on the field

I took the wheelie bin up the drive and took my camera - nice view of The Church from there
and The Castle on The Mount
