Sunny, but windy !

Scillonian III heading out past the old Penlee lifeboat House in relative shelter from the coast
Onwards past Mousehole - as she turned out of Mounts Bay she came into the wind & swell more and there were some fairly big splashes ! Now she about to leave the coast & head out to the Islands she's slowed down to around 11 knots - a sure sign she's heaving up & down more - not a good day for a day trip that's for sure ! The forecast is for the winds to increase later today to gusts of possibly 60mph ! Hope the campers have checked those guy ropes !
