Survey vessel Celtic Explorer passing Mousehole this morning, with Scillonian III not far behind. The weather if forecast to be rather wild tomorrow with winds gusting up to force 8. Just checked and the wave height out at Sevenstones is up to 11.5 ft and rising.

  1. I get the feeling our summer, good as it was for a change, is coming to an end.
I could be wrong, I`m not a prophet, we have had some really bad weather and worse predicted, the rain guage on my weather station moved up from 4.3 inches to 5.8 inches in 1 1/2 hours, I see on the met office web site the rain for Friday will be a lot including some very strong winds.
