As we were leaving Falmouth we drove round to Pendennis Point and spotted this unusual vessel. It's Transshelf a heavy lifting vessel - unfortunately with the refueling tanker Lizrix alongside.  It has the ability using ballast tanks to lower itself in the water in order for it's load to be floated on and then she deballasts and up she comes !
