Sadly the time had come to say our goodbyes to Charlie Pointer today, he was really beginning to struggle to stand as his back legs had suddenly got much weaker.
I did not realise it at the time, but this was the last photograph I took of him with the new generation of Mason Pointers by his side. We will miss his gentle, good natured presence in the house for a long time and can only hope that little Wooster turns out to have the same good traits.

Very sorry to read of Charlie's passing. It's so hard to lose special friends. At least Charlie had some time to show Wooster the ropes.

Oh dear I am sorry Sue, we all know he had a good life from all the pictures you posted.

Not a good time as my ex wife died last week of a very fierce cancer in her kneck.
Life is very trying.
