Launceston & back
We drove up the A30 to a Country Fair at Werrington near Launceston - about as close to leaving Cornwall as you can get without actually leaving ! Lots of photos and lots of rain, but after being on my feet all day I've got twitchy legs and need to put my feet up - so I'll have to do the rest of the photos tomorrow.

Hey Sue,
ReplyDeleteI hope your legs feel less twitchier soon.
There's been flooding in Jedburgh and back home in Hamilton. Thankfully we've not had any here. Although the forecast is for rain the next couple of days.
Take care,
Susan x
Hi Susan, We certainly had a huge amount of rain up on Bodmin Moor & Launceston - as we drove through Launceston on our way home the amount of water running down the very steep streets was quite amazing. Hope that the flooding was not too bad - although having seen how long it takes to get back into your house afterwards I really feel for anyone affected. Sue
