We arrived at Werrington Park somewhat later than planned and had to queue to park and then drive over a very slippery grassy hill to park right at the top. It was as you can imagine a boots or wellies day and as we went through the pay station we could see it was going to be a very muddy do !
The first thing we saw were these Waterzorbs, the kids were having a great time - there was a safety rope attached to each one as this is a river ! Jim was pleased that we managed to get a Steak & Kidney pie from Wessex Pantry home safely despite a soaking wet rucksack. Jim loves them so much especially the venison one that he orders them online when he runs out. They are made just up the road at Bradworthy in Devon.
