PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

    Good Morning Sue,
    yes, Helston Lodge is a holiday cottage for four people, you can find it on the N.T. webpage. We did the walk round Loe Pool this summer, it is really beautiful. A few years before we did it in May and that was really special with all the flowering lilies in the boggy area near to Wheal Pool.
    Friday we are off for four days to Flanders to commemorate all the fallen in WW1, Joseph Opie from Perranwell is one of them.

      Evening Gerd, We've always loved Loe Pool,such a lovely peaceful place.
      Here in the UK we tend to forget that both Europe and many other parts of the world observe Armistice Day at this time of year. I'm sure your trip will be very moving - to see so many graves and to remember the dead on all sides. Sue
