Hopefully the beautiful Ferns will soon send up some new leaves - they lasted until the floods in the woods around Christmastime.
The Wild Honysuckle that weaves its way through many plants in the woods is sprouting nicely with lovely pale green leaves.
and in the shelter of the wood the Gorse was looking lovely and bright



Lovely woodland pictures....went to Sheringham...beach deserted apart from one brave person digging for lugworms!...your gorse picture is the brightest thing we have seen today! shame about Jim's fish!thanks Sue.macca.

Yes...we usually make our annual 'pilgrimage'! but waiting for a bright sunny morning! HA! It's such a spectacular sight with the aconites too.Looking outside it's not going to be today !Love that trip on the steam train always was a favoutite with our chidren.Cannot imagine what a squashed John Dory looks like!macca.
