Not a great day !

Wooster & Tilly posing to convey the thickness of the fog this morning.  The drizzle was quite bad, so I just stopped under the "tunnel" to take this, then put the camera away in  the camera bag again.
The fog & drizzle turned to rain and it didn't stop in time for a coastal dog walk, so Jim took them to the woods - which they loved, of course.
It did stop raining for a while, but now the fog is back !
Out in the gloom, in late afternoon, the Penlee Lifeboat the Ivan Ellen escorting 10m Trawler that had been taking in water 3 miles south of Tater-Dhu Lighthouse with 2 persons aboard, the Lifeboat arrived on scene in 15 minutes and put 2 crew aboard with the salvage pump and started to pump the flooded fishroom, once the fishroom was dry the lifeboat escorted the trawler to Newlyn while the two crew stayed onboard the trawler using the salvage pump to keep the fishroom dry, both boats arriving at 19:10.

  1. Oh dear...

Hope it's better down there today? It's sunny but cold up here we even managed to get out for a walk this afternoon!
