Just noticed - On a really nasty night with winds gusting around 30mph both the Lizard and Penlee lifeboat have been out. Looks Like the Lizard Lifeboat RNLB Rose went quite a way South to the aid of fishing vessel Joy of Ladram and towed her towards Lizard Point where the Penlee Lifeboat the Ivan Ellen took over the tow and made their way towards Newlyn at around 12.30am Another job well done by the volunteers of the RNLI
Gently does it through the gaps just before 1am in the Force 5 Southerly wind
