A few surfers down in the drizzle this morning
Still spotting with rain as I just took the dogs up the hill
Surfers all gone and the beach looked empty
I joined Wooster up on the top of the spoil heap
Super view from up there
Looking over the Gorse and Blackthorn
The rain has knocked all the Alexanders down over the path
Afternoon walkies past Church Farmhouse
Just a few of the Wisteria flowers out - this time last year the wall was covered in blooms
So many super flowers in this garden
Still very misty
Large flock of Whimbrels were down on the newly ploughed fields Sadly they were rather well camouflaged
Couple of Little Egrets down on the seaweed in Boat Cove
Think these might be Dunlin
But no idea what this is
Lots more Sea Pinks starting to appear
High tide
Your unidentified bird - could it be a Grey Plover? Ann
ReplyDeleteSorry - yes I should have corrected it - I asked my favourite bird watcher Robin on Scilly and he identified it as a Grey Plover - don't recall seeing one before - but then again they are very grey on a grey beach ! Thanks. Sue
