 Trinity House vessel Patricia crossing the bay this morning after spending the night at anchor

Jim took the dogs up the hill

Since Jim had spotted the sailing ship Lady Avenel at ancho off The Mount we set off to get some photos

Sadly she was not very well positioned for photographs 

Slightly sheltered from the strong wind

Lovely blue sky morning - but it was difficult to stand still to take photos out on the point as the wind was so strong 

 All quiet on The Mount as it is closed on a Saturday

Just as we were going out we spotted Lady Avenel heading East - she anchored off Prussia Cove for the afternoon and has just gone round Lizard Point

The River Hayle at Godolphin Woods where we were meeting Rosemary Mason and her Pointer Darcey

Darcy was really keen on finding the Squirrels - Wooster and Tilly were not bothered - although Wooster does usually run about more

We stopped off at Trebarvah, just to check on our visitors  and heard that they're starting work on Monday on the electricity cables that run above the farmyard - thanks for the warning Western Power 

Mali Rose back in the bay and waiting for the gates to the wet dock to open
