Before sunrise this morning - courtesy of an Argos guy who phoned rather early this morning
Looking West wasn't so picturesque with dark clouds and hail
The rising sun reflecting onto the clouds & bay
Boom !
Lovely golden light as the sun shines across the village
The sun eventually appeared - well almost
But sadly we were in an area of heavy hail showers that ran from North to South all day long
Jim spotted a gap and took the dogs out for a quick walkies
More dark grey clouds
At least they got home in the dry - which was more than I could say as I headed for Newlyn
Bonnie Grace has had a coat of paint on her bottom & new anodes
Should have run for it when I saw this rainbow
Lovely Christmas Lobster (light)
The other side of The Mount
The other side of the rainbow
The two Penlee Lifeboats at rest
The newest addition to the Rowse fishing fleet TO30 Nimrod up on the hard and still needing a for bit of work before it's off to sea
Always love the days witty comment on The Star notice board only 3 hail showers in Newlyn and then again in Penzance !
Home again thank goodness and we didn't think there was going to be a gap in the showers for a dog walk
But it suddenly looked there there was enough time for a quick walk before dark
Nice moon
Had the wrong setting on the camera as I took this from the garden room as I was getting the dogs jumpers on - but I liked it
As it looked on normal setting
Poor little freezing cold Hottentot fig
Just a quick dash up and down again
Just as well Nic was "wearing something bright at night" or the dogs might have barked
Almost home again
