  1. Greetings on this early new year day! I have been away for a few days R&R to friends in Warragul.
It's good to catch up with 'Around Perranuthnoe' again. Looks like you have been in the grip of some wild weather! The forecast doesn't look too good.
Wish I could send some warm weather your way. It's nice now, but gradually heating up to a windy, hot 41C max on Saturday - bushfire weather!
Loved your photos from yesterday ... beautiful waves.
Happy, healthy new year to you both, your great companions and all of your followers of this wonderful blog.

    1. Hello Betty, yes it's been wild then wild then even wilder and more expected until Friday - then expected to get a bit colder. Would love some warmer weather, but we must expect wilder and wetter Winters if the global warming people are right ! Sun is out now, but still really windy and Tilly finds it hard work to walk in. 1. Lots of wind here - more than the forecast as usual, but I suspect that the South Coast got the easier time - The North coast towns of St Ives, Portreath and Newquay have all had damage - will see if I can snaffle some photos from facebook to show you. We saw some Snowdrops in a garden in Perran yesterday, but the muddy conditions just keep getting worse - really horrid and of course the tractors don't help although they need to get around. My car looks like a Rally car after a muddy stage - too windy to try to wash it. Sue
