I went off up the A30 to The Duchy Hospital to have Lidocaine & Cortisone injected into my knee. Super view of the "Cornish Alps" from the car park
Jim took the dogs for a short walk
Everything growing so fast
I popped up up Trebarvah - looks like the sale of Oamaru will be completed during the next week
Sun was a bit too bright
