Wednesday

Looking nice and fine this morning - but once again showers were approaching

Off she goes on her Autumn schedule - Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat
Long waves along the low tide beach

Still looking fine as Jim & Nick walked up the hill
But looking West it was a very different looking sky

Approaching quite quickly
Kestrel is often around here - hawking over the fields
Amazing colours after they got home with brightness on the water and a very dark sky
Looks like some of the beach moving out to sea

Just a glimpse of the sunset.
Signing off for a few days as I'm off to get my right knee hopefully sorted with a nice new one !

  1. Dear Sue, I don't comment very often, but please know that I look in every morning (our time) and appreciate every photo and comment you post. It's supposed to be Spring here, but it's very cold! Supposed to warm up a bit for the week-end.
Good luck with your knee and a good recovery. Take your time.
Best wishes to you both. I feel very fortunate to have you as my 'Cornish' friends.

    1. Morning Betty, all done and back home yesterday late afternoon. Feeling tired as all hospitals are a bit noisy compared to home.. Knee does not seem anything like as painful as the previous partial one. Just hope it stays that way. Jim and the dogs coped very well - with Jim under instructions not to keep visiting in case it upset Wooster and Maisie. My Sister and husband came to visit on the Friday(day after the op) they travelled by train then bus from Liskeard and then went into Truro for lunch at the cafe in the Cathedral. Anyway was let out early as I'm "experienced" on crutches etc. Really good to be home and had a fairly good night's sleep. Hope that you and your family are keeping well. Need to get my unpacking done and put my feet up. Love Sue
