PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

Thursday

It was raining right from the start today. 11.30am The band of torrential rain that took  a long time to move away
12.30at last it went a little South
Even the new system of draining the rain off the pool house and garden room couldn't  cope
The drive was flooded
Parking field was a lake for a short while and there was a river running down the Cauliflower field
The lawn was flooded as well
End of the field right by the cliff

Once it stopped raining Jim took the dogs to the field for a run
Must have found somewhere to shelter

He's hoping it dries out quickly
Fairly fine afternoon
I went out to do the shopping I should have done in the morning, so Jim took the dogs up the hill
Nice Common Buzzard hawking over the fields
