Tuesday

Such a lovely sight this morning - trading ship De Gallant arriving in Mount's Bay under full sail. She's had a hard time getting here from Bristol due to lack of wind
Into the sun off Mousehole
Low cloud lifting

De Gallant passing the Old Penlee Lifeboat House
We then set off to visit our Dentist up the A30 near St Agnes - this is St Agnes Beacon with a huge band of sea mist hiding the sea
The mist spread all the way along the coast
So many iconic sights in this area
We drove to Perranporth thinking it might be a bit quieter - but it wasn't - the car pars were chaotic so we drove back out again
Still a little cloudy here - sorry about the wing mirror
So we drove towards Porthtowan hoping it might not be as busy - we were wrong
We met this Pointer and had a chat with her owners
Much hotter and sunnier at Porthtowan but what we hadn't realised was that it's a Blue Flag beach and that dogs are still banned until the end of September

We bought sandwiches and sat on a seat close to this pretty girl
We then walked up the footpath a little way and had a huge Moomaid ice cream
This stunning Kestrel was hawking right overhead oblivious to the crowds  below

Looking along the coast to Godrevy Lighthouse

Super holiday home
When we got home this juvenile Common Buzzard was hunting overhead - very noisy at times

Another lovely classic boat
Clouded over late in the afternoon
