Thursday morning and it was another blue sky start
We had booked tickets to go to Enys Gardens to see the famous Bluebells
First sighting of the huge expanse of Parc Lye - with Ramsons in the foreground
Just stunning - we then walked along the footpaths that have been opened up
Looking closely at this huge shrub it seems to be a Pieris as there are white flowers and the green and red leaves
Not many leaves but plenty of flowers
Down to The Ponds
A couple of Mallards and a couple of Canada Geese
The wonderful colours of the Mallard's heads
We walked back to the car and carried on to Mylor Yacht Harbour
The Dixie Belle heading up The Carrick Roads
Trelissick House
St Anthony Lighthouse
Wooster always wants to go down these little paths but I suspect he couldn't manage the climb back up again now
Good to see activity on the water
Smit Yare
One of the St Mawes Ferries crossing to Falmouth
St Mawes Castle
Dixie Belle on her way back to Falmouth
Merlin having an open-door day
Walking back to the car past the Restronguet Sailing Club. My watch said I'd walked 6.5 miles Phew !
