Tuesday

Another wild night with heavy showers and more thunder, with Maisie spending most of the night under the bed again.  Gwennap Head showed a gust of 93mph and many more of over 70mph

Dramatic sky as the next heavy thundery shower looms

Morning sun on The Castle on the Mount

Time for a run on the field past the blown over chairs

Surprised to see that this very heavy seat had blown over
Huge hailstone and torrential rain this afternoon
Once again we had to find a gap in the showers for a dog walk
The wind was really cold and very strong

The Longcliffs build which is the cause of the track closure - there's a rumour that some of their new walls had blown over in the violent wind last night
Jim went out onto the balcony to take a few in this strange light
