The Penlee Lifeboat the Ivan Ellen on its usual Sunday morning trip out - this time  in front of us
A rather distant shot as she passes the end of Cudden Point
I was just reading that they had a callout yesterday - this from the RNLI callout log.
"Both Penlee Inshore and All Weather Lifeboats launched at 16:10 today, An angler had fallen into the sea near Rinsey Point in rough weather conditions and required imediate assistance, luckily Rescue 193 helicopter located the person just as the lifeboats approached, the helicopter lifted the person out of the sea and flew him to Treliske hospital in Truro, it is thought the person is in critical condition."
Weather ESE 6 rough sea 3m swell.
