As we set off for our afternoon walkies we could hear the sound of a chain saw and then we spotted this sad sight
Looks like a Cedar was another victim of the storm
and one of the 30mph signs has bitten the dust - looks like it was very rusty anyway
Up on the old bulb field it's looking like we may get the chance of seeing these daffodils flower again
Just as we were walking along the lane up at Trebarvah, down came a deluge along with violent wind - so we took shelter in an old open barn until it had stopped.
The clouds were moving quickly and it was soon back to a little blue sky
Although it was still very windy
The end of what seemed like a very long day
