Through the windscreen as we drive down the Penzance Bypass - should have built a viewing area on there, it's such a super view
When we got home, the pair of gulls that have been on the roof rather a lot recently had obviously spent the day nest building, so Jim decided he needed to get up there fast - our rather strange house means that he only had to go up from the balcony.  I was all for calling in Beat-a-Pest, but  he was up there like a shot !  The gulls have been on next doors roof shouting !  It may seem a bit cruel to anyone who has not had to deal with them, but we had a nest up there the second year we were here and the dogs couldn't go onto the balcony or into the garden without a viscious attack - it was hell !
Since then the Crows that nest in the garden seem to have kept them away, this year there seems to be so many other birds for the Crow to deal with (Magpies & other Crows) that they don't seem to have noticed the Gulls.
Cruise ship Celebrity Infinity passing Mount's Bay this evening on her way to Cork.
Jim took this through the 'scope
